For ecologists & consultants

BNG supply with no hassle

We make BNG easy: units that are there when you need them, habitat that stands up to scrutiny, and people who understand BNG well enough to help with any queries.

Why consultants come back

Reliable, Expert Service

We offer clarity and experience to every client, swift delivery of information and less paperwork for you. You won't have to push things along, we've got it.

We work in the BNG market every day, on both sides of it. That means we know what local authorities are currently asking for, where supply is tight for a particular habitat, and how the trading rules and spatial multipliers can work for any project.

The habitat banks we sell from are chosen and designed for what the ground can support, with smart management plans that set achievable targets, whilst remaining ambitious. Some of these banks we run ourselves, or we work alongside the operator. Either way, if you have a question about a site, we can answer it.

Practical answers, at every stage

Early in design

Bring us in while the layout is being designed and we will look at what the trading rules leave open, where existing habitat can be kept, and what each option does to the off-site requirement.

Getting to a quote

Send the metric and you get a full quote: unit types, quantities, the spatial risk multiplier applied and the price per unit. Quotes valid for at least 3 months.

Getting the sale done

Contracts, reservation where planning is still pending, and allocation on the register. We do the large majority of the paperwork on the transaction. Your client files their own gain plan, with the evidence we provide ready to attach.

Watercourse and hedgerow units

These are separate modules in the statutory metric and cannot be substituted with area units. Watercourse units use different catchments. We have all the data you need to complete your assessments.

Bring us the awkward one

A difficult site, an unusual habitat, a planning officer asking for something you have not seen before. Those are the conversations we are most useful in.
